Bloctel system The hotel, as the data controller, collects and processes personal data for the purposes of managing reservations and customers, for invoicing and payment purposes, and for carrying out sales campaigns and satisfaction surveys. The data is intended for use by the hotel and its service providers. As a consumer, you have the right to register free of charge on the Bloctel telephone anti-solicitation list.

 

Disputes In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, the parties will endeavor to reach an amicable settlement.

In accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of May 21, 2013, the consumer also has the option of submitting a claim via the European online dispute resolution platform (RLL), accessible at the following address: https: //ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr 

 

Right of withdrawal In accordance with article L221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date or for a specific period. Consequently, reservations made with the Hôtel de la Tour Eiffel are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

Competent court
In the event of a dispute, only the competent courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction.
