  • What are the arrival and departure times?

    Arrival is possible from 3:00 pm.

    Departure before 11:00 am.

    For early check-in or late check-out requests, please contact us.

  • Is breakfast included?

    Breakfast is available at an additional cost of €12 per person per day. It can be served in the dining room or in your room, from 7:00 am to 10:00 am.

  • Does the hotel have parking?

    We do not have private parking, but two secure public parking lots are less than 5 minutes' walk away:

    - Parking du Marché Saint-Honoré

    - Parking Bourse

  • Are pets allowed?

    Out of respect for everyone's comfort, pets are unfortunately not allowed on the premises.

  • Is the hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility?

    The hotel, housed in a typical old Parisian building, does not have a wheelchair-accessible elevator. If you have any questions, please contact us directly.

  • Do all rooms have air conditioning?

    Yes, all our rooms are individually air-conditioned.

  • Do you offer rooms with balconies?

    Some Superior and Club rooms have a balcony. Please let us know when you make your reservation. We will do our utmost to ensure availability.

  • Is it possible to book several rooms for a group or business trip?
